NaHCO3 Molecular weight: 84.02; white powder or crystal odorless powder; have weak alkaline smell; unchangeable in the dry air; but will gradually change in humid air; relative weight: 2.208; water solubility is (for 100g water, solubility g/℃) 6.9/0，8.8/15，11.02/30，13.86/45; will gradually lose CO2 in the water solution status; will rapidly dissolve under 65℃ above.
