CH3COONa·3H2O Molecular weight: 136.09; CH3COONa Molecular weight: 82.04; colorless transparent crystal; can be weathered in the air; weak acetic acid odor; Relative weight: 1.4442(15℃); the melting point of 3 water crystal is 58℃; the melting point of waterless compound is 324℃; become waterless compound under 120℃ and can dissolve under a high temperature; soluble in water (around 125g/100ml, normal temperature); slightly soluble in alcohol; water solution shows neutrality or weak alkalinity.
