 | Properties
Extract from rocks of volcano series that contain a large amount of SiO2. The components generally contain carbon dioxide (SiO270~80%) and aluminum oxide (Al2O310~20%), Na2O and K2O (totaling around 10%). It occurs as white and light grey glass powder. Relative weight 2.2～2.4; have pearl luster; Melting point 1260～1340℃; difficult to solve in water, slightly soluble in acid liquid and soluble in alkaline liquid.
