About Kaolin
Kaolin clay, the name originates from a place called Gaolin near Jingdezhen in Jiang Xi Province China.

Kaolin and clay (chemical name is aluminum silicate) are the powder obtained by pulverizing high-grade clay in the wet or dry process. Our various kinds of kaolin or clay are used in rubber, paint and many other industries.

Washed Kaolin
Use exquisite extraction and bleaching methods to remove impure matter from Kaolin clay to enhance its whiteness. Then through elutriation (wet grading) to adjust grains. Thus the grains are sharply distributed. With the exceptional rheology properties and with high chemical resistance, it can thus be widely used in paint, adhesive, rubber, filling agent of plastics and stabilizer.

Calcined Kaolin
Through washing Kaolin clay and removing crystal water, the original crystal structure is damaged and thus calcined clay is formed. The result is that activity is improved and wandering ion is absorbed and fixed. Thus the insulation effect is enhanced. In addition, through calcination, the organic matter is dissolved, which enhances the whiteness and dispersion. Meanwhile, the hiding power and chemical resistance are optimized. Thus it’s applicable in industries such as paint, pigment, rubber, plastic and cosmetic.
